Ishavskraft OFinnmark 700 is a one-stage bicycle race of approximately 700 km. The ride has a total of between 9 and 11,000 climbing meters and is dominated by technical cycling and bike orientation using GPS and maps.

A very high level is required of all participants, both technically and physically.

The route consists of prepared cart roads, paths and footpaths, extremely demanding technical paths, marshes and rivers. The race is cycled in a single stage with a minimal amount of required rest.
