Here&#8217;s a clarification:<\/p>\n<p><em>Offroad Finnmark want to hand out cash prizes in our races. To be allowed to do so, the race must be listed as an &#8220;active&#8221; race. This again requires the cyclists to have an extended license (EXT). In Norway it costs NOK 900.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The reason we operate with two different classes is that many participating in our races do not have ambitions to win. In order for them not to have to pay NOK 900, they can participate in our tour group.
